Desired Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with children or students, preferably within school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing needs
- Passion for helping students develop life skills and meet their potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide direct behavioral support services to students, both 1:1 and in group settings
- Collect accurate data on students’ progress and behavior
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to ensure consistency of interventions
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school, state, and federal guidelines
- Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding progress and strategies
