Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cheney, Washington

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or students, preferably within school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing needs
• Passion for helping students develop life skills and meet their potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct behavioral support services to students, both 1:1 and in group settings
• Collect accurate data on students’ progress and behavior
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to ensure consistency of interventions
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development activities
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school, state, and federal guidelines
• Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding progress and strategies
