Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to gather, record, and report behavioral data accurately
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite providing one-on-one behavioral interventions for students as guided by supervising BCBA and school protocols
  • Collect and document data on student behaviors and skill acquisition
  • Support development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families, sharing progress and observations
  • Assist with training or modeling interventions for staff as necessary
