Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect accurate data on student behavior and progress
  • Support students in classroom and small group settings using behavior intervention plans
  • Work closely with educators and family members to promote positive behavioral changes
  • Track and document interventions with fidelity to ensure high-quality support
  • Adapt to changing needs of students and classrooms, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience in educational, pediatric, or therapeutic settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
  • Flexibility to respond to evolving program or student needs
