Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Chester, Pennsylvania

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required—please provide verification upon submission.
• Demonstrated experience working in schools, supporting SPED or behaviorally challenged students.
• Comfortable adapting to a changing caseload and classroom needs.
• Ability to self-sustain RBT supervision outside district resources, if necessary.
• Valid references required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Capable of obtaining and completing all necessary Pennsylvania clearances.
• Experience working in urban education settings highly valued.
• Must willingly disclose district assignment upfront.
• Willing to participate in a brief Zoom interview as part of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral support to students in accordance with individualized plans.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff in Autistic Support K-2 or middle school classrooms.
• Flexibly respond to the changing needs of students and classrooms.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation related to student progress.
