Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Eddystone, PA

Soliant Education is seeking multiple experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, onsite school-based positions in Eddystone, Pennsylvania.

Position Details:
- Location: Eddystone, PA
- Full-Time
- 35 hours per week
- 5 openings available
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 10, 2027
- Onsite only
- Interview: 15-minute Zoom interview

Candidate Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Must have previous school-based experience.
- Must be comfortable working with special education students and students with significant behavioral needs.
- Must be comfortable working with the specific caseload presented during the interview process.
- Must be comfortable working in an urban school setting.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to obtain and complete all required Pennsylvania clearances.
- Professional references are required.
- RBTs only — paraprofessional-only candidates will not be considered.

Important RBT Supervision Information:
- The district may not be able to provide the supervision required to maintain an RBT certification.
- Candidates must be able to maintain their certification and obtain necessary RBT supervision outside of the district if supervision cannot be provided.
- This requirement will be disclosed and discussed upfront prior to submission.

Additional Information:
- Qualified candidates who are already onboarded will receive priority consideration.
- The district will only review a limited number of candidates per opening at one time to ensure a thorough review process.
