Key Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be reliable and flexible in responding to student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
- Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional goals within the classroom and school environment
- Provide one-on-one or small group support as directed
- Collaborate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
- Assist with crisis intervention when necessary
