Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be reliable and flexible in responding to student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional goals within the classroom and school environment
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as directed
• Collaborate in team meetings and contribute insights regarding student progress
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
• Assist with crisis intervention when necessary
