Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents on the autism spectrum
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to collect and accurately document data
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and group ABA interventions to students following individualized behavior support plans
- Collect and record data on students’ progress and behaviors
- Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), implementing treatment plans as directed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support individual student needs
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions aimed at developing effective behavioral strategies
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
