Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents on the autism spectrum
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to collect and accurately document data
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group ABA interventions to students following individualized behavior support plans
  • Collect and record data on students’ progress and behaviors
  • Work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), implementing treatment plans as directed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support individual student needs
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions aimed at developing effective behavioral strategies
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
