Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or young adults in a school setting is highly preferred
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset

• Excellent organization and documentation capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA-based interventions as directed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address individual student needs
• Adapt to various classroom environments and student learning styles
