Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing classroom environments
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and report behavioral data accurately
• Support and engage students with developmental or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and goals
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines at all times
