Key Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
  • Demonstrated experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining data and progress reports

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to students according to individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and accurately document behavioral data on student progress
  • Support classroom teachers with behavioral management techniques and interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions when needed
  • Foster positive, productive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in every interaction
