Key Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
- Demonstrated experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in school or pediatric settings
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining data and progress reports
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to students according to individualized treatment plans
- Collect and accurately document behavioral data on student progress
- Support classroom teachers with behavioral management techniques and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions when needed
- Foster positive, productive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in every interaction
