Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Citrus Heights, California

Make a real difference as a Registered Behavior Technician working directly with a 1st grade student in a vibrant general education classroom located near Woodland, CA. As a one-on-one RBT, you will closely collaborate with a BCBA and a dedicated paraprofessional, implementing a behavior intervention plan designed to address intense behaviors, support attention-seeking and avoidance, and facilitate meaningful progress over the duration of the contract.

What you'll bring:

• Active RBT certification with current registration
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly those displaying intense behaviors
• Proven understanding of implementing and tracking behavior intervention plans in a school environment

Your core responsibilities:
