Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience providing behavioral intervention services to children or adolescents, preferably within a school setting
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and protocols
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Compassionate, proactive, and invested in student success
- Ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow treatment plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support the implementation of individualized education and behavior plans in classroom and other settings
- Collect data and track student progress in collaboration with the special education team
- Assist with classroom management and promote positive behavior strategies
- Communicate progress and challenges to supervising clinicians and school staff
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings as required
