Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience providing behavioral intervention services to children or adolescents, preferably within a school setting
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and protocols
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Compassionate, proactive, and invested in student success
  • Ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Support the implementation of individualized education and behavior plans in classroom and other settings
  • Collect data and track student progress in collaboration with the special education team
  • Assist with classroom management and promote positive behavior strategies
  • Communicate progress and challenges to supervising clinicians and school staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings as required
