Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required

  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with therapists, educators, and parents
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and accurately document behavior and skill acquisition data
  • Support students in classroom and one-on-one settings, reinforcing strategies for social, communication, and academic growth
  • Regularly communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA and educational staff
