In this full-time contract role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing the goal of optimizing the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD), making a meaningful impact each day.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a BCBA or RBT, with relevant experience in an educational or therapeutic setting
  • Demonstrated understanding of behavior intervention plans and applied behavior analysis
  • Strong collaboration abilities, working well with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and strategies to promote student inclusion
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans to support SWD within the least restrictive environment
  • Implement and monitor behavior strategies, collecting and analyzing data on student progress
  • Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate positive behavior supports
  • Provide direct support to students and model best practices for school personnel
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute insights, and document progress toward behavioral and academic goals
  • Offer ongoing consultation and training for staff to build capacity around evidence-based behavioral interventions
