Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time School-Based Position

Near: Clinton, TN

Job Type: Contract, Part-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a part-time school-based opportunity in Clinton, TN. This position will primarily support elementary-aged students in a classroom setting, working with approximately 1–2 students per class. Pay and Benefits:

Pay Rate: $25-30/hr (Contingent upon experience)

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Previous school-based or ABA experience preferred
Experience supporting students with behavioral needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral support to students in a classroom setting
Implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
Collect and document behavioral data
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
Support approximately 1–2 students per classroom as assigned

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Interviews beginning August 17
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
