This assignment is full-time and runs from ASAP through late May 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in the classroom each day. Working onsite, you'll use your expertise to gather vital information and implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of certified professionals within a collaborative educational team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a classroom or educational setting
  • Strong observation and data collection skills
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliability, organizational ability, and willingness to adapt within a school environment
  • Professional and supportive attitude working with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record data on students' behavior and responses to intervention
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to support student progress
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed
  • Provide direct behavioral support and reinforcement in one-on-one and group settings
  • Maintain required documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain compliance with all school and professional requirements
