What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct instructional, behavioral, and emotional support for students
• Assist with classroom activities, routines, and daily engagement
• Deliver behavioral interventions and implement student support plans
• Encourage positive participation and social interaction among students
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to address student goals
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in school, ABA, behavioral health, or similar settings preferred
• CPI certification, Safety-Care, or experience with de-escalation strategies is strongly valued
• Registered Behavior Technician certification (current or previous) highly regarded
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Reliability, patience, and flexibility within a team environment
• Passion for helping students with varying behavioral and learning needs achieve their full potential
