High School Elementary Registered Behavior Technician in College Station, TX

You'll engage with two primary caseloads: one in an elementary behavior support classroom, and another assisting with life skills and behavioral needs for students who may exhibit more aggressive behavior across campuses. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be highly valued, particularly if you bring experience in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or have worked with aggressive caseloads.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong behavior/RBT background is most essential
• Experience supporting elementary, middle, and high school students
• Familiarity supporting students 1:1 and in groups
• CPI certification or experience with aggressive behaviors is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Support students in elementary behavior classrooms, encouraging engagement and positive choices
• Collaborate on cross-campus initiatives for students in life skills programs, particularly those needing additional behavioral assistance
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed, track data, and adjust strategies as needed
• Work under the guidance of special education and behavioral staff, providing direct 1:1 support as assigned
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all students
• Act as a reliable and proactive team member throughout the school year
