Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Reliable, flexible, and organized approach to your work

Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one and group behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, document, and report on student progress and behavior data
• Assist with the development and generalization of social, daily living, and academic skills
• Collaborate closely with educators and other school professionals to promote a positive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development as required
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and ethical guidelines
