Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorders or related disabilities
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to implement treatment plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) guidance
  • Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
  • Reliable, adaptable, and organized in a dynamic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy and behavioral support to students during school hours
  • Collect and record data to monitor progress and inform interventions
  • Follow treatment protocols and adjust strategies as directed by BCBA
  • Participate in team meetings and regular training sessions
  • Assist with crisis intervention and support positive student engagement
