Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Patience, empathy, and dedication to providing one-on-one and group behavioral support
- Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans with attention to detail
- Must pass background screenings and comply with all state requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA-based behavioral interventions in classroom or one-on-one settings
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other professionals to adjust strategies as needed
- Support individualized education goals by reinforcing positive behavior and implementing interventions
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress with families and educational teams
