Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Columbia City, Indiana

Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or educational environments
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collect, record, and analyze data to monitor student progress
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Professional demeanor with patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Must pass relevant background checks and meet district compliance requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy based on behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students in developing academic, social, and adaptive skills in a classroom or small group setting
• Model appropriate social behaviors and provide guidance during daily activities
• Track behaviors, record data, and report progress to supervising clinicians and school staff
• Maintain consistent and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory expectations
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all students
