Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to providing one-on-one and group behavioral support
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans with attention to detail
• Must pass background screenings and comply with all state requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA-based behavioral interventions in classroom or one-on-one settings
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other professionals to adjust strategies as needed
• Support individualized education goals by reinforcing positive behavior and implementing interventions
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress with families and educational teams
