Exciting opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make a meaningful impact in the upcoming Fall 2026 semester! This part-time contract role offers the chance to work closely with elementary-aged students and collaborate with a dedicated team.
As an integral part of the special education and support staff, you’ll partner with district Behavior Technicians and Aides to deliver essential behavioral interventions. Your care and expertise will help students develop vital skills in a supportive school environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience delivering direct behavioral services to children, ideally in educational settings
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to student growth and learning
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral intervention and support for a caseload of 5-6 elementary students
- Implement behavior plans in partnership with supervising Behavior Analysts
- Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behaviors
- Work collaboratively with school Behavior Technicians and Aides to ensure consistency in interventions
- Support students in building positive social, academic, and behavioral skills
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development as needed
