Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Concord, NH

Position available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavioral Technician to support a third-grade student with autism in a school setting located in Concord, NH. This is a contract role beginning January 5th, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from approximately 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to a student with autism who demonstrates strong cognitive abilities but requires assistance managing behavioral needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising clinicians.
• Monitor and document student progress and behavioral responses throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with school staff and therapists to ensure consistent and effective support.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; consideration will also be given to candidates with Behavioral Technician experience.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral support needs.
• Ability to maintain patience, understanding, and professionalism in a school environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with educational and clinical teams.

Location: Concord, NH school setting, contract position.
