Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Concord, New Hampshire

If you are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or an experienced Behavioral Technician, you’ll find this role both rewarding and inspiring.

As a vital member of the student’s support team, you will work Monday through Friday, from approximately 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, starting January 5th. Your expertise will help foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment, contributing to both the student’s academic and social success.

Qualifications:

• RBT credential preferred, but open to candidates with strong behavioral technician experience
• Previous experience supporting students with Autism in educational or therapeutic settings
• Ability to implement behavior intervention and data collection strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with children

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral supports and intervention throughout the school day
• Foster positive student engagement and participation in classroom activities
• Collaborate with special education staff and classroom teachers to adapt interventions
• Collect and document behavioral and progress data as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices to reinforce appropriate behaviors and social skills
• Help promote a positive, inclusive school experience
