Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cordova, South Carolina

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working in schools, particularly K-12 settings
• Proficiency with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods and principles
• Ability to conduct FBAs and implement BIPs
• Skilled in de-escalation and teaching coping mechanisms
• Confidence in delivering direct, hands-on behavioral therapy
• Openness to possibly providing in-home ABA services for students (preferred, not mandatory)
• Professionalism, compassion, and strong communication skills
