Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RBT certification, in good standing
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings
- Knowledge of implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection
- Ability to follow direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and adjust strategies as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to students under BCBA supervision
- Assist in development and implementation of individualized behavior plans
- Collect, record, and report data accurately to monitor progress and guide interventions

- Encourage positive social, academic, and adaptive behaviors in various school settings
