Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in California
  • Experience supporting elementary-aged students highly desirable
  • Skilled in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong commitment to fostering positive, growth-oriented student relationships
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional and reliable work ethic aligned with school-based schedules

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to elementary students in a caring, structured environment
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect data and document student progress daily
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student goals
  • Adjust interventions based on supervision and student response
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policy standards
