Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Corona, California

This contract opportunity offers an immediate start and provides the chance to work under the supervision of an experienced BCBA in a supportive educational environment. The position is full-time with a month-to-month commitment, offering flexibility for both the candidate and the school.

Key Qualifications:

• Active National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience providing behavioral support, especially in a school or educational setting
• Comfortable working 1:1 with high school students
• Ability to follow individualized education plans and behavior intervention protocols
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach working alongside educators and clinical supervisors
• Prepared to work fully onsite

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to a high school student diagnosed with Autism
• Collect and document behavioral data in accordance with district and BCBA guidelines
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as directed
• Participate in team meetings and communicate observations or concerns with the supervising BCBA
• Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging atmosphere for student growth
• Assist the educational team with integrating effective behavioral strategies into the classroom environment
