High School Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Corvallis, Oregon

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification
• Licensure as required by state regulations
• Experience delivering behavioral support in school environments
• Proficiency in working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Familiarity with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate with educators, school staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students, fostering skill development and positive behaviors
• Implement and monitor individualized intervention plans as developed by the supervising BCBA or behavior specialist
• Accurately document student progress, behavior data, and session activities
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and school teams to adapt strategies and ensure consistency
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and participate in team meetings when required
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols
