Qualifications:

  • Valid RBT certification is required
  • Licensed and certified to practice as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Experience providing 1:1 behavioral support to children or adolescents in a school environment
  • Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
  • Strong observational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptable approach to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions and support plans for students
  • Work closely with teachers and specialists to foster positive social, emotional, and academic outcomes
  • Collect and report data on student progress and behavioral goals
  • Implement individualized strategies as outlined by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide encouragement and reinforcement to promote behavioral growth and skill development
  • Participate in meetings and contribute insights to create the most supportive environment possible
