As an RBT working within local schools, you’ll provide vital behavioral support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping students develop important social and academic skills.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification in good standing
  • Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings, preferred
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient communication style
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection procedures
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods
  • Dedicated to supporting diverse learners in inclusive classrooms
  • Reliable transportation for commuting within the Central Falls and neighboring communities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with students to implement prescribed ABA strategies
  • Track and document behavior data with accuracy and attention to confidentiality
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, BCBAs, families, and fellow school professionals
  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and feedback sessions
  • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation, as needed
  • Support teachers in creating a structured, positive classroom atmosphere
