Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and data collection methods
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and BCBA supervisors
  • Strong organizational abilities and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and document accurate data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment through effective behavioral support
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent support for students
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
