K-5 Grades 9 - 12 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Dallas, Texas

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience providing behavioral support in educational settings, especially with children in grades K-12
• Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Excellent communication skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions to students across various grade levels
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with instructional teams and behavior analysts to implement individualized strategies
• Provide support during classroom activities, transitions, and unstructured times
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
• Assist in adapting materials and approaches to meet unique student goals
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required
