Grades 9 - 12 Grades K - 5 Registered Behavior Technician in Dallas, TX

Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician to a rewarding contract role supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school grades. Working 1:1 with learners, you’ll play an essential part in helping children and adolescents achieve their behavioral and academic goals. Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children in an educational or behavioral support capacity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse age groups (K-12)
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a positive environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement effective behavior strategies
• Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and progress
• Participate in regular team meetings to review and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Support students as they work towards goals defined in their behavior plans
• Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning and growth
