This position offers a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity within a school setting in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to students across various grade levels, specifically K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Deliver one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges across elementary, middle, and high school grades.
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior to inform ongoing adjustments to intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote consistency and reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and program guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
  • Experience working with students in various grade levels (K-5, 6-8, 9-12) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Ability to engage students one-on-one with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
