Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or educational settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to students’ needs
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct in all student interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one or group behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in various settings within the school
  • Collect and record data consistently to track student progress and inform future strategies
  • Assist classroom teachers and staff in integrating positive behavior supports and interventions
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Support a positive, safe, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
