Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to students’ needs
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct in all student interactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one or group behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in various settings within the school
- Collect and record data consistently to track student progress and inform future strategies
- Assist classroom teachers and staff in integrating positive behavior supports and interventions
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Support a positive, safe, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
