Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working in schools or with children strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement and collect accurate data on behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborative mindset to work with educators, families, and related service providers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to students in classroom environments
• Collect, track, and report on student progress and behaviors as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Assist with creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide coaching and modeling for positive behaviors and social skills
• Address behavioral challenges professionally while maintaining a safe, supportive atmosphere
