Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Setting: GNETS Classroom
Assignment: 1:1 Student Support

Soliant is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based opportunity supporting a student in a GNETS classroom. The ideal candidate will have strong behavioral expertise and experience managing challenging behaviors, including aggression.

Position Details

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a student.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and support individualized behavior plans.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with classroom staff and the behavioral support team.
• Support student regulation and use appropriate de-escalation techniques.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs preferred.
• Experience managing aggression and implementing de-escalation strategies strongly preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

$25+ per hour, based on experience
