Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
- Previous experience supporting students in a school environment is required
- Skilled in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques with children and adolescents
- Comfortable working with a range of intensive needs and adapting approaches for individual students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and data tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students in K-12 on behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate regularly with special education staff, teachers, and families
- Support classroom integration and social-emotional development
- Track student progress, collect behavioral data, and report findings accurately
