Your essential background includes:

  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or related needs
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to follow individualized intervention plans with consistency and professionalism
  • Flexibility, empathy, and passion for student success

You will:

  • Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to identified students throughout the school day
  • Collect detailed data on student behaviors and progress toward goals
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and support staff to maintain positive, structured environments
  • Communicate observations and student progress to the supervising BCBA and school staff
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
