Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children, especially in K-2nd grade, strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and best practices
• Patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills
• Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 support to students, guiding them through daily activities and reinforcing positive behaviors
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and school support staff to track progress and share observations
• Implement tailored behavior intervention plans, documenting data and responding to student needs in real time
• Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and social skills development
