This part-time role (15 to 20 hours weekly) focuses on delivering 1:1 support to an adolescent client within a supportive school setting. If you have hands-on experience managing severe behaviors or aggression in teens or adults, this specialized role provides an excellent chance to use your skills in a meaningful environment.

What you bring:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Previous experience working with adolescents or adults demonstrating severe behaviors/aggression
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Dedication to professionalism, compassion, and ethical practice
  • Ability to follow behavioral intervention plans and collaborate as part of a clinical team

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering 1:1 behavioral interventions and support to adolescent client(s)
  • Collaborating closely with supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Documenting sessions and progress accurately and promptly
  • Utilizing provided protective gear to maintain safety and manage challenging behaviors
  • Communicating effectively with staff, supervisors, and, where appropriate, client families
