Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or educational environments
  • Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and contribute positively to school teams
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Record and report data accurately on student progress and behavioral responses
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
  • Encourage positive behaviors and model appropriate social skills in classroom or small group settings
  • Assist in developing and adapting materials to reinforce learning goals and behavioral supports
  • Provide support during transitions, classroom activities, and other school routines as needed
