Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RBT certification and active status on the BACB registry
• Experience implementing ABA interventions within a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to accurately collect and document behavioral data and follow prescribed treatment plans
• Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student growth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based behavioral interventions to students, as directed by a supervising BCBA
• Implement behavior support plans and collect data to monitor student progress
• Work alongside teachers, special education staff, and family members to facilitate positive outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure student safety at all times
