Provide one-on-one support to an elementary-aged student within a K-12 school environment in Dover, NH. This contract position spans the current school year and involves implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision to support the student’s academic, social, and behavioral growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering 1:1 behavioral support tailored to the student’s needs
- Implementing and adhering to behavior intervention plans in a school-based setting
- Collecting, recording, and analyzing data to monitor student progress
- Collaborating closely with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff to ensure cohesive intervention strategies
- Maintaining consistent communication to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to follow behavior intervention plans and accurate data collection protocols
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills essential
- Must satisfy all New Hampshire state and district requirements for school-based support roles
