Key Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and license required

  • Ability to follow prescribed behavior intervention plans and document progress accurately
  • Professional, flexible, and committed to helping students achieve their goals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and accurately record data for ongoing student evaluation
  • Support teachers and staff in promoting effective behavior management
  • Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for all students
  • Communicate effectively with team members and families regarding student progress
