Elementary Middle School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Durham, NC

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Current state licensure as necessary for RBTs
• Experience working in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school preferred)
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral intervention techniques
• Knowledge of IEP and BIP processes is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for engaging with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Carry out tailored 1:1 behavioral interventions with students
• Record and report data on student progress and response to interventions
• Work alongside teachers and school staff to adapt strategies for each student’s unique needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and adjustment of behavioral goals
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive presence in school environments
