Key Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification and state licensure required
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, or similar behavioral setting
- Comfortable supporting students across varying age groups (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, parents, and school staff
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and student needs with positivity and professionalism
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students in classroom and campus settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Accurately collect, record, and maintain data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure consistency across settings
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment that encourages growth and learning
