Key Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs, particularly in elementary and middle school grades
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the full school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted behavioral interventions as outlined in students’ individualized plans
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately and maintain detailed progress records
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, promoting positive behaviors and supporting social-emotional development
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to review progress and adjust intervention strategies
• Support and reinforce classroom expectations, routines, and academic tasks
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, teachers, and families regarding students’ progress
