Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school environment
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect data
• Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support students individually or in small groups to encourage academic and behavioral progress
• Collect and document data on student performance and behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to ensure a consistent, supportive environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights about student development
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families under the guidance of supervisors
