Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school environment
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accurately collect data
- Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support students individually or in small groups to encourage academic and behavioral progress
- Collect and document data on student performance and behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to ensure a consistent, supportive environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights about student development
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families under the guidance of supervisors
