Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with adolescents or adults exhibiting severe behaviors/aggression
• Strong interpersonal, de-escalation, and crisis management skills

• Dependability and the ability to work effectively within a team

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to an adolescent client following treatment plans under BCBA guidance
• Implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity and professionalism
• Accurately record and report data on client progress and incidents
• Collaborate with BCBA and educational staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines within school settings
