Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • State licensure as required for practice
  • Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, students, and families
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Skilled at documenting student progress and behavior data
  • Committed to confidentiality and ethical practices
  • Adaptable to changing classroom needs and routines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavior support to students in schools
  • Follow treatment plans and interventions developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistency and reinforce positive behavioral outcomes
  • Employ evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and encourage positive choices
  • Maintain compliance with school policies and ethical standards for client care
