Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is required
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational or clinical environment
  • Familiarity with implementing behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions in classrooms or small group settings
  • Support students with behavioral and academic challenges, following guidance from licensed BCBAs
  • Collect and record data accurately to track student progress
  • Foster meaningful relationships with students to encourage engagement and growth
  • Communicate regularly with school staff and families regarding student progress and strategies
  • Assist in crisis management and problem-solving within behavioral support plans
