- Active RBT certification from the BACB
- Previous experience providing ABA therapy, preferably within a school environment
- Proficiency in data collection, behavior intervention, and implementing treatment plans
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children with developmental needs
In this position, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Directly delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions to students as part of their individualized education plans
- Collecting and documenting accurate data on student progress and behaviors
- Working closely with supervising BCBAs, teachers, and school staff to share insights and support positive student outcomes
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to continually hone your skills
