Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student behavior and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families for optimal student progress
- Adapt support methods to individual student needs and environments
- Attend relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
