Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior goals
- Support students with skill acquisition and daily routines, fostering independence and success
- Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to create a positive learning environment
- Respond to challenging behaviors professionally, applying crisis intervention techniques as needed
- Contribute to team meetings and professional development sessions
