Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid RBT certification in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children or young adults, preferably in school or educational settings
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection practices
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate and patient approach to addressing behavioral needs
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct support to students in classroom and small group settings
  • Collect and accurately record data on students’ progress and behavioral responses
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster supportive learning environments
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school protocols and policies at all times
