  • Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans consistently and accurately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior goals
  • Support students with skill acquisition and daily routines, fostering independence and success
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to create a positive learning environment
  • Respond to challenging behaviors professionally, applying crisis intervention techniques as needed
  • Contribute to team meetings and professional development sessions
