Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Background working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical environment preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data on student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record behavioral data and intervention outcomes to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
• Assist with developing classroom strategies that encourage positive behaviors and increase student engagement
• Adapt interventions as needed in response to student needs, under BCBA guidance
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and ethical standards
