Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
- Experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families
- Team-oriented mindset and a flexible, compassionate approach to individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collect detailed session data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and structured environment for learning and behavioral growth
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students within classroom settings or specialized environments
- Communicate observations and progress to supervising clinicians, teachers, and other staff members
