Registered Behavior Technician in Escondido, CA

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required
• Experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and families
• Team-oriented mindset and a flexible, compassionate approach to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect detailed session data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and structured environment for learning and behavioral growth
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students within classroom settings or specialized environments
• Communicate observations and progress to supervising clinicians, teachers, and other staff members
